Changes can be made before May 7, 2012, by contacting 2012safecon@gmail.com . Changes after
May 7, 2012, must be approved by the chief judge.
LATE FEES
Initial submission of this form after April 23, 2012 must include a $100 late registration fee. Contestants who complete registration after May 7, 2012, will be assessed a $25 late fee.
REFUND
On or before April 23 ........................ Full refund
April 24-April 29 ............................... 50% refund
April 30 - May 6 ................................ 25% refund
May 7 or later ...................................... 0% refund
